Routine Description for 24 Maths Magic Show
I will begin by introducing myself briefly and then explaining that what I do is not an illusion but is possible through the power of math and algorithms as I mix up my first cube. And then I will ask audience members to get a timer ready if they wish after i give them a second to do so I will then do a solve on the 3x3 cube. I will continue to explain more about it saying that everything learned from a 3x3 can also be used on a megaminx despite the megaminx having 12 sides and looking more challenging as I proceed to do a demo on a megaminx cube. I will then grab a 7x7 cube and ask an audience member who wants to participate to tell me their initials and then while talking I will make their initials appear on the 7x7 as a small mosaic explaining that this is possible to due commutators. After this I will grab a 3x3 again and don a blindfold and ask everyone to remain quiet as I will begin to memorize and then solve the 3x3 cube blindfolded. After this I will say I have one more feat to share and funnily enough it involves my feet. I will then adjust the camera to my feet and show a demo of a feet solve on a 3x3. I can then be open to a brief QnA.
I can also do a crash course on the cube where I teach everyone how to solve a single face on the cube with basic critical thinking and the use of one algorithm. I will also share the 6 needed algorithms to solve a cube and I can provide a virtual handout at the very end for people who would like to work on solving the rest
