These are un-pure EPLL algorithms. You use them in 4LL to permute the edges, but keep in mind they are different from pure EPLLs which preserve the current permutation of the corners. (in all honestly I have no clue if pure and un-pure are the correct terms but that is just what I am calling them.) So yeah these algs are good for 4LL because they are shorter then the pure EPLLs.
